11.5.1 Blockage sensitivity

Set the sensitivity of the sensors for when they should issue warnings regarding partially blocked (no. 560) and completely blocked (no. 570) .

  • The default value for blockage sensitivity is set at 85 %. The sensitivity value can be updated to any percentage between 0-99%.

  • Sensitivity value 0% corresponds to the lowest sensitivity level.

  • Sensitivity value 99% corresponds to the highest sensitivity level.

  • The value is based on the seed output rate and the tractor speed and should be updated manually in accordance with this in order to achieve the correct level of blocking sensitivity.

Recommended start values, blockage sensitivity

  • Rapeseed 65-75%

  • Corn 75-85%

  • Wheat 75-85%

  • Peas 70-80%

  • Oats: 75-85%

The setting only affects the sensitivity for when partially blocked (no. 560) and completely blocked (no. 570) are detected by the sensor.

The low flow alarm (no. 580), high flow alarm (no. 1060 and low flow section (no. 1070) are not affected by this percentage.
