3

Low 12 V supply

The tractor is supplying a voltage of less than 11 V. Gateway remains on, but certain functions, such as electric motors and hydraulic valves, are switched off.

The generator is not charging.

28

Fan speed too high

The fan’s speed is higher than the set upper alarm level.

Check the alarm limit settings that are programmed in the menu for alarm levels

29

The fan’s speed is lower than the set lower alarm level.

Check the alarm limit settings that are programmed in the menu for alarm levels.

Check the rotation speed sensor cable, connectors and connections

Check the sensor’s functionality by rotating the fan wheel manually and checking the diode on the sensor. The diode should light up when the pin on the fan shaft passes the sensor. The gap between the sensor and the pin should be between 1 and 2 mm. Adjust if necessary. An illuminated diode is no guarantee that the sensor is working properly.

If the alarm appears only occasionally, this is probably because the sensor is either incorrectly adjusted or defective.

Check that the PTO shaft is rotating (if PTO installed).

Check the PTO system’s flow valve setting (if PTO installed).

30

Check the ISOBUS cable between the tractor and Gateway and, if possible, whether or not the tractor terminal has been configured to send the speed via the Isobus.

Ascertain that Tempo supports reception of both “ground-based” and “wheel-based” speeds and ensure that the selected speed source is supported by the tractor terminal.

121

Reset configuration.

An unexpected error occurred and the machine configuration was reset to the original factory setting.

129

Missing ROW in ROW SETUP on WS9.1

There was no address reported from WS9 for one or more motor outputs. Those motor outputs have been reset. Problem should therefore not occur again.

The Row Setup page should be investigated to see if there are any rows that have no motor mapped (note that for fertilizer on TPL, a motor is only configured on the lowest row number that the motor feeds, e.g. a motor that feeds row 4-6 is configured on row 4 while 5 and 6 are not assigned).
