9.4 Wing Folding Guide

CAUTION

When folding the machine to transport position, the guide prevents the CrossBoard from being positioned so that it damages the hopper. The guide will show which circuits to use and give an indication when each state is appropriate to avoid harmful stress to the machine.

From working position to transport position

  1. Lift the wing above LowLift (yellow circuit).

  2. Lift the seed coulters to the transport support (black circuit minus).

  3. Lower the CrossBoard completely (blue circuit minus).

  4. Lift almost to top position (yellow circuit).

  5. Open the wing lock (black circuit minus) while folding the wings (red circuit).

  6. When the wings are folded, lower the wings against the transport support (yellow circuit plus).

  7. The machine is now in transport position.
